Can I place an order now?
Not yet. This is a menu and ordering preview. The bag does not send an order or collect payment.
Will my selections stay in the bag?
Yes, when browser storage is available. The bag, unfinished box and delivery preference stay on this device for up to 30 days after your last visit. Use Clear saved preview in the bag to remove them. Gift notes last only in the current browser tab.
What box sizes will you offer?
4, 6, 12 and 24 cookies. You can mix the ten original and signature flavors in the preview builder. The Churro Afterparty is shown separately as a planned seasonal flavor.
Where do you ship?
Shipping destinations, rates and dispatch schedules are still being finalized. They will be listed on the shipping page before orders open.
Do you offer local delivery?
Local delivery is planned for Greenville, South Carolina, and surrounding areas. Exact service boundaries, fees and scheduling are pending.
Can I order for an event or send a gift?
Catering and gifting are part of the plan. Try a gift note in your preview bag, and explore the packaging and catering pages. Recipient addresses will be entered at checkout when ordering opens; requests and bookings are not open yet.
What about allergies?
Final ingredient lists and cross-contact information are not available yet. The concepts include milk, eggs, wheat, peanuts and tree nuts. Do not rely on the preview to assess whether a cookie is safe for an allergy.
Where are the prices?
We’re working out ingredient and packaging costs for each recipe and box size. Prices will be published when that work is complete; none are shown in this preview.
How should I store the cookies?
Storage guidance, freshness information and any reheating instructions will be confirmed after the recipes and packaging are tested.
